The IW-100S is a high-capacity double-cylinder ironworker designed for demanding industrial fabrication and regular production work.

Its independent hydraulic cylinders allow simultaneous punching and shearing operations. Each side is controlled by a separate foot pedal, enabling two operators to work efficiently without waiting for the other station to complete its cycle.

The 100-ton punching station can punch Ø28 mm holes through 26 mm mild steel or Ø50 mm holes through 15 mm material. Its 310 mm throat and 100 mm maximum stroke support a broad range of standard and specialised punching operations.

The machine shears angle iron up to 150 × 150 × 15 mm at 90°, flat bar up to 610 × 16 mm or 400 × 20 mm, round bar up to Ø45 mm and square bar up to 45 × 45 mm. A rectangular notching station with a 63.5 × 90 × 12 mm capacity is also included.

Optional tooling is available for structural sections, V-notching, press-brake work, angle bending and pipe notching.
