The IW-45K is a compact K-Series hydraulic ironworker developed for versatile metal fabrication work. Its main slide moves vertically in a straight up-and-down motion, helping deliver controlled and accurate results across the machine’s punching, shearing, notching and optional bending functions.
With a punching force of 45 tons, the IW-45K can punch holes up to Ø22 mm through 15 mm mild steel or Ø40 mm through 8 mm material. The machine also includes dedicated working stations for angle iron, flat bar, round bar and square bar processing.
Its relatively compact dimensions and 5 HP motor make the IW-45K suitable for workshops requiring a dependable universal ironworker without occupying excessive floor space. Optional tooling expands the machine’s capabilities to include channel shearing, V-notching, press-brake bending, angle bending and pipe notching.
