The SUNRISE IW-45M is a compact and economical single-cylinder hydraulic ironworker intended for small fabrication workshops and businesses with moderate production requirements.

The machine is equipped with four standard working stations and can perform punching, angle shearing, flat-bar shearing and round or square bar shearing. Its punching station may also be converted into a notching station when the appropriate tooling is installed.

The IW-45M provides 45 tons of punching force and can punch Ø22 mm holes through 15 mm mild steel or Ø40 mm holes through 8 mm material. Its angle shearing station handles 75 × 75 × 6 mm at 90° and 50 × 50 × 6 mm at 45°, making it suitable for basic straight and miter angle preparation.

SUNRISE describes the model as heavier and stronger than comparable machines in its class. Its durable construction, straightforward controls and 5 HP drive make it a practical choice for workshops working with a limited investment budget.

A one-hole die holder and a two-piece gauging table are supplied as standard on the single-cylinder models.
