The RAIS System T200 CNC Slant Bed Lathe has been developed to meet the demanding requirements of modern manufacturing, offering outstanding precision, rigidity, and productivity for medium-sized workpieces. The machine features a precision spindle assembly mounted in a temperature-stabilized ribbed housing using Class P4 spindle bearings. This design minimizes radial runout and axial clearance while providing excellent vibration resistance, allowing high-speed machining with exceptional surface finish and dimensional accuracy. The hydraulic chucking system further enhances machining stability and workpiece security throughout demanding turning operations.

The 45-degree slant bed design ensures excellent chip evacuation while improving machine rigidity and accessibility for the operator. Precision SP/P-class integrated linear guideways together with preloaded double-nut precision ball screws minimize backlash and thermal deviation, providing exceptional positioning accuracy and long-term reliability even during continuous production.

Powered by industry-leading CNC controls including Fanuc, with optional Siemens 828D, Siemens 840D, or Fanuc 32i, the T200 offers flexible programming and integration into modern production facilities.
