The G-CNC-F25T is an advanced 3D profile roll bending machine designed for precision forming of complex metal profiles used in high-performance industrial sectors. Featuring a powerful 25-ton hydraulic system and a robust 15kW roller drive, the machine delivers exceptional bending accuracy, stability, and efficiency for demanding production applications.

With 0.01mm shaft repositioning accuracy across all nine shafts, a torque capacity of 5510N.m, and continuously variable roller speeds from 1–11rpm, the G-CNC-F25T provides precise control throughout the bending process. Its multi-shaft configuration enables the production of intricate three-dimensional profile geometries while maintaining consistent quality and repeatability.

The machine is ideally suited for manufacturing components used in electric vehicles, rail transportation systems, escalators, aerospace structures, and shipbuilding applications.
