The AVANTECHNO 411 Mobile Line Boring and Welding Complex is the most versatile and popular tool for restoring cylindrical surfaces. It is designed for machining holes with diameters from 42 to 400 mm (from 22 mm with an additional kit), allowing it to handle virtually the full range of similar repair tasks across most engineering and machinery industries.

The AVANTECHNO 411B Mobile Line Boring Complex is a more affordable version of the machine and is designed for boring holes on machinery components with diameters from 42 to 400 mm (from 22 mm with an additional kit), without the welding function.

Avantechno equipment is mounted directly onto the damaged component and operates in semi-automatic mode. The machinery can work in any position and at virtually any angle. The Avantechno boring and welding complex was developed based on extensive experience gained from the operation and application of similar equipment produced by other manufacturers. Our R&D team successfully achieved the goal of creating a solution free from the common drawbacks found in competing systems.

The mobile complex provides a unique capability for on-site restoration of worn cylindrical pin joints and bores in a wide range of machinery and industrial equipment, including road construction machinery, aerial work platforms, railway equipment, marine engines, heavy-duty printing equipment, and many other industrial applications.
